en بررسی تأثیر خودکشی بر بیماران در معرض خودکشی در شرایط بالینی و استراتژی‌های پیگیری: مروری حیطه‌ای روانشناسی Psychology مروری review <strong>هدف </strong>خودکشی در شرایط بالینی می‌تواند موجب آسیب‌های روانی و غم و اندوه شود و بر سایر بیماران بستری‌شده نیز تأثیر بگذارد. مطالعات مختلفی درخصوص داغداری و فقدان پس از خودکشی وجود دارد. این مطالعه در صدد است تا مروری بر مطالعات موجود در حوزه آثار خودکشی بر دیگر بیماران و مداخلات پیشنهادی پس از خودکشی در شرایط بالینی داشته باشد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی </strong>این مطالعه مروری حیطه‌ای با استفاده از چهارچوب مؤسسه جوآنا بریگز انجام شد. یک کتابدار پزشکی، جست‌وجوی مقالات مرتبط که در مقطع زمانی 2000- 2020 به زبان انگلیسی انتشار یافته بودند و در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مدلاین، امبیس، آی‌پی‌آی سایک اینفو، وب‌آو‌ساینس و کتابخانه کاکرین، در دسترس بودند. همچنین مقالات خاکستری که با موتورهای جست‌وجوی گوگل و گوگل‌اسکالر قابل جست‌وجو بودند را انجام داد. پژوهش‌هایی که در شرایط غیربالینی انجام شده بودند، از مطالعه حذف شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong> به‌طورکلی 873 مقاله از جست‌وجوی انجام‌شده به دست آمد. 11 مقاله و 5 راهنما مطابق ضوابط ورود بودند. عوامل مؤثر بر درجه تأثیر بر سایر بیماران شامل موارد زیر بودند: نوع رابطه با فرد مرحوم، سطح مواجهه با خودکشی، ماهیت خودکشی و سطح آسیب‌پذیری بیمار. توصیه‌های پیگیری آنی بر مدیریت خطر خودکشی و تثبیت ایمنی متمرکز است، درحالی‌که توصیه‌های پیگیری‌های کوتاه‌مدت بر ارائه حمایت‌های عاطفی و بهبود سایر بیماران متمرکز است.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong> مطالعات محدودی در خصوص تأثیر خودکشی در شرایط بالینی بر سایر بیماران و همچنین مداخلات پیگیری برای آن‌ها وجود دارد. مطالعات بیشتری برای مشخص کردن مداخلات مؤثر برای حمایت از گروه‌هایی با ریسک بالا مورد نیاز است.<br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective </strong>Suicide in a clinical setting can cause trauma and grief, and affect other inpatients. There are different studies related to the bereavement after the suicide. This study aims to review the existing literature on the impact of suicide on fellow patients and the recommended interventions for them after the suicide in clinical settings.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods</strong> This scoping review was conducted using the Joanna Briggs Institute framework. A medical librarian performed searches for related articles in English published from 2000 to 2020 in MedLine, Embase, APA PsycInfo, CINAHL, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library, and for the grey literature using Google and Google Scholar engines. The studies in non-clinical settings were excluded.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results </strong>The search yielded 873 records. Eleven articles and five guidelines met the inclusion criteria. The factors affecting the degree of impact on fellow patients were: Type of the relationship with the deceased, level of exposure to the suicide, the nature of suicide, and the patient&rsquo;s vulnerability level. Immediate postvention recommendations emphasized the management of suicide risk and establishing safety, while short-term postvention recommendations aimed at providing emotional support and the recovery of fellow patients.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>There is lack of studies on the impact of suicide in clinical settings on fellow patients and the postvention interventions for them.
