fa عوامل مرتبط با ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای در دانشجویان پرستاری: یک مقاله مروری نقلی روان پرستاری Psychiatric Nursing پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> دانشجویان پرستاری به‌عنوان پرستاران آینده جامعه، نقش بسیار مهمی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های اخلاقی در حیطه درمانی خواهند داشت. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر عوامل مرتبط با ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای در دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش</strong> در مطالعه مروری روایتی حاضر، با جست‌وجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعات ایران مدکس، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، پابمد، وب‌آوساینس، گوگل‌اسکالر، مگیران و ساینس دایرکت و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های فارسی &laquo;ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای&raquo; و &laquo;دانشجویان پرستاری&raquo; و همچنین کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی&laquo;Professional value and Nursing Student&raquo; 208 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. معیارهای ورود مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی در محدوده زمانی ژانویه 2010 تا می‌2022 بود. محققین با اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج و حذف موارد تکراری، 25 مقاله را بررسی کردند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ها از‌نظر دانشجویان، حفظ اسرار بیمار (بُعد مراقبت) و حفظ صلاحیت و شایستگی در محیط بالینی (‌بُعد اعتماد) و کم‌اهمیت‌ترین آن بُعد عمل‌گرایی و بُعد حرفه‌ای بود. همچنین عوامل فردی و آموزشی مؤثر بر ارزش‌های اخلاقی دانشجویان است. افزایش تجربیات حرفه‌ای باعث کاهش اهمیت ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای می‌شود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری </strong>گرچه از دیدگاه دانشجویان ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بوده است، اما درک اهمیت تمامی ابعاد ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای نیازمند حمایت بیشتری است. بنابراین برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی مناسب جهت توانمندسازی در همه ابعاد ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Background and Objective</strong> As future nurses of society, nursing students will play a vital role in ethical decisions in the treatment process. The present study was conducted to review factors associated with professional values in nursing students.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods</strong> In the current narrative review, by searching the databases of Science Direct, Magiran, SID, Iran Medex, Google Scholar, Web of Sciences, and PubMed, and using the keywords &ldquo;professional values&rdquo; and &ldquo;nursing students&rdquo; (and their Persian translated words to search articles in Persian) 208 articles were included in the study. The inclusion criteria included English and Persian papers from January 2010 to May 2022. By applying inclusion and exclusion criteria and removing duplicates, the researchers examined 25 articles.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The findings showed that the most crucial components from the student&rsquo;s point of view were keeping the patient&rsquo;s confidentiality (care dimension) and maintaining competence in the clinical environment (trust dimension), and the least crucial were the activism and professionalism dimensions. In addition, the personal and educational factors of students influence moral values. It should be noted that increasing professional experience decreases the significance of professional values.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>Although, according to the students&rsquo; views, professional values are highly valued, understanding the importance of all dimensions of professional values requires more support.
