fa بررسی کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان ناشنوا و کم‌شنوای متأهل: یک مطالعه مقطعی بهداشت خانواده Family health پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اختلال شنوایی یک موضوع مهم سلامتی است و تأثیر منفی بر زندگی افراد دارد. این مطالعه کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان متأهل ناشنوا و کم‌شنوا را در استان مازندران، شهرستان ساری بررسی کرده است.<br> <strong>مواد و روش:</strong> مطالعه حاضر به‌صورت توصیفی‌مقطعی بر روی 132 زن ناشنوا و کم‌شنوای مراجعه‌کننده به کانون ناشنوایان استان مازندران شهرستان ساری در سال 1400 انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به‌روش در‌دسترس از بین تمامی زنان متأهل دارای نقص شنوایی مراجعه‌کننده به آن کانون از تاریخ تیر تا آبان 1400 انجام شد . اطلاعات با فرم جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه کیفیت زندگی جنسی سیموندز 2005 جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری تی تست و تحلیل واریانس انجام شد. سطح معنا‌داری در کلیه آزمون‌ها 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین سن مشارکت‌کنندگان در این مطالعه 7/17&plusmn;‌36/45 و میانگین امتیاز کسب‌شده کیفیت زندگی جنسی 16/67&plusmn;86/83 است. در این مطالعه بین کیفیت زندگی جنسی مشارکت‌کنندگان و شرکت در گروه‌های مجازی سلامت باروری ارتباط معنا‌داری نشان داد. در ارتباط با سایر متغیرها مانند تحصیلات، تحصیلات همسر، وضعیت شنوایی همسر، وضعیت شنوایی مشارکت‌کنندگان، استفاده از ابزارهای کمک شنوایی، تعداد بارداری، نوع زایمان و سابقه سقط ارتباط معنا‌داری دیده نشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> باتوجه‌به نتایج این مطالعه باید از روش‌های مناسب، ازجمله آموزش مبتنی بر همتایان و همچنین آموزش مترجمان زبان اشاره در موضوعات سلامت جنسی استفاده کرد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Hearing impairment is a vital health issue and harms people&rsquo;s lives. This study aimed to examine the sexual quality of life (QoL) of deaf and hard-of-hearing married women living in Mazandaran Province, Sari City, Iran.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials & Method:</strong> The present cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 132 deaf and hard-of-hearing women referred to the Deaf Center in Mazandaran Province, Sari City, Iran, in 2021. Sampling was done using the convenience method among all married women with hearing impairment referred to that center from July to November 2021. Information was collected with demographic form and Simonds&rsquo; sexual quality of life questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed with t test and analysis of variance. The significance level was considered 0.05 in all tests.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>The Mean age of the participants in this study was 36.45&plusmn;7.17 years, and their Mean score of the quality of sexual life was 16.67&plusmn;83.86. In this study, a significant relationship was observed between the sexual QoL of the participants and their participation in the reproductive health virtual groups.
